30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing service@melqaviso.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions and an authorized return address before mailing anything.

Eligibility

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and labels where applicable. We may request photos to assess eligibility.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Personalized products, gift cards, clearly marked final-sale items where permitted by law, and items damaged through use or alteration may be excluded, except where applicable law provides otherwise. A hygiene-sensitive home or kitchen item may be excluded after its sealed packaging is opened if this was clearly disclosed before purchase, except for defects or errors.

Return Shipping Costs

For a change of mind or an incorrect selection, the customer pays return shipping. If we confirm a defect, transit damage, or an incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide another suitable resolution. Contact us first so we can arrange it.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you of the decision. We issue approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded when required by law or when the return results from our confirmed error.

Exchanges and Cancellations

Email service@melqaviso.com promptly to request a change or cancellation. If the order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible. For an exchange, we may arrange a return and new purchase.
